My guest and partner this week was Rev. Adam Copeland. Adam is on the faculty at Luther Seminary where he teaches practical theology and directs the Center for Stewardship Leaders. He is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in rhetoric from North Dakota State University, with a focus on new media and religion. Ordained as a Minister of the Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in 2009, he has pastored a church, he has served as a mission developer for a community of young adults, and served the national church as director of the Montreat College Conference and as a member of the Presbyterian Committee on Congregational Song that developed Glory to God: The Presbyterian Hymnal (2013). He is editor of Kissing in the Chapel, Praying in the Frat House: Wrestling with Faith and College (2014), and a writer and author of many articles and book chapters including those on digital writing, contemporary ministry, and church leadership. He and his wife Megan live in beautiful Minneapolis.
